Jill Stark is a Project Engineer at SCS Consulting Group Ltd. since December 2014, bringing extensive experience in infrastructure projects involving watermains, sewers, stormwater management, drainage, and roads. Prior to this role, Jill served as a Civil EIT at Hallex Engineering Ltd. from August 2012 to October 2014, focusing on project specifications, contract documents, project scheduling, and progress tracking. Jill's career began as an Asset Management Summer Student with Niagara Region, where responsibilities included assessing hydraulic models in ArcGIS and updating pumping station databases. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, obtained in 2012.
