Preetinder (Preeti) Pugatch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Scrum of Scrum of Scrums Master at Scrum Inc. since December 2021, Pugatch has also held multiple leadership roles focused on strategy consulting within the organization. As the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of The Empowered Woman Rises, Pugatch leads initiatives and hosts a podcast aimed at empowering women. Previous experience includes key positions at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, where Pugatch advanced through various roles in IT project management and business analysis from 2012 to 2020. Pugatch's educational background features multiple certificates from esteemed institutions such as Cornell University and Harvard Law School, along with a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology from Towson University.
