Taghi Paksima has extensive work experience in the field of agile coaching and leadership. Taghi is the founder of AgileUplift GmbH, where they currently serve as an Enterprise & Leadership Agility Coach and a Certified Scrum Trainer. Taghi is also associated with Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Trainer.

Before founding AgileUplift GmbH, Taghi worked as a Lean/Agile Coach at DocuWare from 2017 to 2021. Taghi also served as a Partner and Enterprise & Leadership Agility Coach at improuv GmbH from 2016 to 2021.

In addition, Taghi has held various coaching roles in prominent companies such as BSH Home Appliances Group, T-Systems International, Siemens, and Infineon Technologies. Taghi worked as an Agile Transformation Coach at T-Systems International, an Enterprise Agile Coach at BSH Home Appliances Group, and an Enterprise Agile Coach at Siemens.

Taghi's career began at Microsoft, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer, Program Manager, and DevOps Evangelist from 2008 to 2014.

Through their diverse range of roles and experience, Taghi Paksima has developed deep expertise in agile methodologies, coaching, and leadership development.

Taghi Paksima has a comprehensive education history that spans across various fields. In 1992, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Software Engineering from Mashad University. Moving forward, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from RWTH Aachen University. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they enrolled at The University of Edinburgh and completed another MSc degree, this time in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.

In addition to their formal education, Taghi Paksima has acquired numerous certifications to enhance their professional skills. For example, in 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® and obtained the Certified Scrum Professional® - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Taghi further expanded their expertise by earning the Certified Scrum Professional® - Product Owner (CSP-PO) certification, also from the Scrum Alliance. In 2017, they achieved the Certified Agile Leader® (CAL) certification. Continuing their pursuit for continuous improvement, in 2018, they obtained the Certified Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification from Lean Kanban University.

Throughout 2019, Taghi Paksima undertook several certifications, such as becoming an ICAgile Certified Professional - Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) through ICAgile, obtaining the Certified Lean Portfolio Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., and acquiring the Integral Agile Transformation Frameworkâ„¢ from Trans4mation.coach.

Furthermore, in 2020, they attained the Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Certified Leadership Agility Coach certification from ChangeWise, Inc.
