Shivam Sharma has a diverse range of work experience. Shivam started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Alfa Flexitubes Private Ltd, where they were responsible for handling the Production and quality control department. During this time, they also obtained Six Sigma certification. Shivam then transitioned to the role of Associate Software Developer at Software Data (India) Limited - SDIL, where they worked from February 2017 to October 2018.

In 2018, Shivam joined Infosys as a Systems Engineer Trainee, where they received training on various technologies and was recognized as a high-performer. Shivam went on to work as an Associate Consultant at Infosys, leading technical teams and contributing to complex breakfix and enhancement projects. Shivam also took on the role of a scrum master, helping to improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.

Currently, Shivam is employed at TSYS as an Associate Product Owner since October 2022. Prior to this, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2022.

Throughout their work experience, Shivam has gained expertise in areas such as business analysis, requirement elicitation, Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning. Shivam has also acquired technical skills in Python, MongoDB, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.

Shivam Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College Of Engineering, Pune, from 2012 to 2016. Shivam then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Banking and Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2021 and 2023. Before attending university, Shivam completed their AISSCE CBSE from Bal Bharti School, Bahadurgarh from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Shivam Sharma also obtained several certifications. Shivam became an Infosys Certified Financial Domain Consultant in September 2021 and an Infosys Certified Agile Developer in April 2020. Shivam also earned a Python Associate certification in March 2020 and a Business Writing Certification in January 2020. Moreover, Shivam holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in June 2022. Lastly, they obtained their SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2023.
