Petra Skapa is the President and Founder of Alluvial Consulting, established in 2011, specializing in Agile training, coaching, and organizational transformation. Skapa serves as a Certified Scrum Trainer for Scrum Alliance and holds the position of Senior Agile Consultant & Trainer at LitheSpeed since 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Valtech - France (2009-2011), Director and Chief Agilist at Gap Inc. Direct (2007-2009), and Consultant at ThoughtWorks (2003-2007). Additionally, Skapa worked as an Agile Consultant at TransCanada (2001-2003) and Program Manager at Karl Kardel Company, Inc. (1999-2000). Academic credentials include an Object Oriented Software Development Program at Saint Mary's University and a BA in Human and Social Development from the University of Victoria.
