Steven Sica has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Steven served as the Vice President at ScribeEMR, Inc. from September 2018, where they worked with a team of medically trained scribes to help physicians by handling the burden of EMR data entry. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director at First Nationwide Payments from June 2009, where they specialized in payment processing solutions and worked with businesses of all sizes to reduce the cost of credit card processing. Steven also worked at HCPro, where they initially served as an Account Executive from February 2015 to February 2016, and later as an Account Executive Team Lead from February 2016 to January 2017. During their time at HCPro, Steven consistently exceeded their sales quotas and was the top-ranking salesperson. However, their position was eliminated in January 2017 due to the acquisition of HCPro by Simplify Compliance.

Steven Sica has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Salem State University. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Malden Catholic High School.
