Beth Venegas currently serves as the User Experience Research Director at Scribd, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Beth was the Director of UX Strategy & Research at Kaplan, where responsibilities included leading UX strategy, managing teams of UX/UI designers and researchers, and prioritizing customer insights throughout the product development lifecycle. With extensive experience in user research, Beth has conducted qualitative and quantitative studies for over 20 projects and has led design sprints. Beth's career at Kaplan also included several managerial roles in service and operations, enhancing service delivery and team development. Beth holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Spanish, alongside a graduate certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
