Cosmo Baker has been working in the music industry since 1996, when they founded Cosmo Baker LLC. In 2013, they became Founder of Bema Creative Group Inc. and in 2015, they took on the role of Director at Scratch DJ Academy Philadelphia in the Scratch Music Group, Inc.

Cosmo Baker attended Temple University from 1993 to present, studying Communication and Media Studies.
