Franchette Viloria is a Senior Chemist at Propper Manufacturing Company, Inc. since August 2013. Franchette is also a Moderation Helpdesk Specialist at Scratch Foundation since July 2011. Viloria holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The City College of New York and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with a concentration in Information Technology from St. Francis College.
