Joshua Copeland is a Senior Civil Engineer at SCP since October 2023, focusing on managing highway project design and delivery across the South of the UK. Prior experience includes a Civil Engineer role at Southend-on-Sea City Council from January 2018 to October 2023, overseeing engineering project design and implementation, including highway redevelopment and coastal defence works. Additional roles involve environmental engineering positions at Soilfix Limited and Khrysanera Precious Metals Refinery, contributing to site remediation and Environmental Impact Assessments. Joshua holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Environmental Engineering from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Geology from the Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter.
