Erica Saccary has accumulated significant experience in communications and program management through various roles with Scouts Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan. As the Council Communications lead at Scouts Canada since September 2012, Erica is responsible for website updates, communication dissemination, and management of social media accounts. In the capacity of Council Youth Commissioner for Saskatchewan, Erica oversees Scout groups within the province and represents Saskatchewan at national meetings. Previous positions with the Government of Saskatchewan involved roles in visitor experience and program assistance relating to outdoor education programs such as Learn to Camp and Learn to Fish, in addition to administrative duties. Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Saskatchewan, completed in 2019, and graduated from Miller Comprehensive Catholic High School in 2014.
