Edward Martens has extensive experience in both volunteer and professional capacities. Since September 1992, Edward has served as a FVC Support Scouter and Registrar for Scouts Canada, actively contributing to the organization. Edward retired from Allstream Inc. in September 2016, where expertise in managing a $30M+ expenditure portfolio was utilized, along with developing effective supplier partnerships through strategic negotiations of various service agreements. Edward's educational background includes studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1984 and at Vancouver Community College from 1973 to 1974.
