Kailas Patil is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Lead at ICE since August 2023. Previously, Kailas held the position of Engineering Lead at Scout24 Group from September 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, Kailas worked at Trade Republic, progressing from Lead Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer between June 2021 and August 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Software Engineer at Lendico Deutschland GmbH from July 2019 to June 2021, Software Engineer at Siemens PLM Software from October 2018 to June 2019, and Associate Software Engineer at Western Union from July 2015 to September 2018. Kailas holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from COEP Technological University, completed between 2012 and 2015.
