Kara Rankin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program administration, business management, and marketing. As a former owner of Scout & Molly's from April 2017 to July 2023, significant leadership experience was gained. Prior to that, Kara served as the Club Recreational Program Administrator for Brookfield Soccer Association from 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing the recreational program, coordinating volunteer activities, and organizing tournaments. Earlier career roles included Admissions Assistant at State University of New York College at Buffalo, where Kara managed admissions processes for graduate programs, and Marketing Assistant at Sayers Computer Source, focusing on tradeshow management and promotional campaigns. An educational foundation includes a Master of Business Administration from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from St. Norbert College.
