Willow Hill has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. They co-founded and served as the Chief Creative Officer at Scout Lab, leading their creative team in building global brands aligned with a vision to advance humanity forward. They also worked at AirAngels as an LP | Investor. At The RSA, they became a Fellow and contributed to the organization's mission of enabling people, places, and the planet to flourish through regenerative ideas and design. Willow Hill was a Speaker and DEI Belonging Practitioner at The Rise Journey, representing Indigenous cultures and creativity. They also acted as an Advisor to SELFMADE, providing creative coaching and mentorship to the founding team. Additionally, they were an Advisor at Into The Multiverse, Dreamers & Doers, PINATA, and Upstream Research. At Airbnb, Willow Hill held roles in Global Brand Management and Creative Production & Strategy, where they developed and managed global brand marketing initiatives, led creative development and production, and drove consumer adoption of the company mission.
Willow Hill attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued the LEAD: EMBA curriculum for senior executives. Prior to that, Willow studied Journalism: Creative Direction & Strategy with a focus on Advertising and Communications at the University of Oregon. Additionally, they obtained a Fashion Design Certification from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
