Kelly Croshaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as a Chain Execution Manager at Scout Distribution, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Operations Project Manager at Scout Distribution from 2022 to 2023, and as a Sales Operations Coordinator from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Kelly obtained several certifications. In September 2015, they acquired the Keelboat Sailing Certification from the American Sailing Association. In July 2012, they obtained the California Food Handler certification from ServSafe Certified. Recently, in October 2020, they completed the Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs (LEAD Certification) from the Alcohol Beverage Control.
