Paul Maass is currently the CEO and a board member at Scoular. Prior to that, they were the President of ConAgra Foods from January 1988 to December 2015. Paul led businesses with total annual revenue of $13 billion and more than 15,000 employees and 90 manufacturing facilities in seven countries. A highlight of their tenure was leading the turnaround of Lamb Weston, beginning in 2010 and through 2015, which is now a $3.7B publicly traded leader in the frozen potato industry. In addition, they led the creation of Ardent Mills, which transformed the flour milling industry.
