Rich Waldrop is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, military service, and engineering management. Since May 2002, Rich Waldrop has served as Senior Vice President at Scotwork North America, specializing in negotiation skills training and consulting, along with responsibilities in contract negotiations and technology development. Prior to this, from June 1970 to October 2006, Rich Waldrop served as Sergeant Major in the Army National Guard, with extensive experience in the Infantry and Armor divisions. Additionally, Rich Waldrop was the President of Edwards Engineering Corp from June 1977 to March 2003, overseeing all aspects of a refrigeration machinery manufacturing company for 25 years. Rich Waldrop holds a degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Technology and Manufacturing Management from East Carolina University.
