Emanuele Trebini currently serves as the Private Dining Room Manager at Caprice Holdings Ltd. since January 2023 and has a longstanding association with Scott's Restaurant & Bar, where Emanuele has worked as a Waiter since January 2017 and previously held the role of Junior Waiter starting November 2015. Emanuele's extensive experience in the hospitality sector began at Trattoria Lillicu from June 2009 to September 2015 and includes serving as a Waiter at Ristorante Lillicu from 2005 to 2014. Emanuele holds a degree in Operatore Culturale per il turismo from Università degli Studi di Cagliari (2008-2014) and a regional qualification in Organizzazione eventi culturali from ente di formazione professionale ISOGEA (2012-2013). Additionally, Emanuele is pursuing WSET Level 2 in Wines and Spirits at the International Wine & Spirits Centre in London, which started in 2018.
