Jan Aitken serves as the Head of People Development at Scottish SPCA, beginning in July 2022. Prior to this role, Jan Aitken was the ScottishPower Foundation Manager from August 2016 to June 2022, overseeing the strategic development of the ScottishPower Foundation and managing complex stakeholder relationships. In a previous position at ScottishPower, Jan Aitken worked as an Organisational Capability Consultant, focusing on leadership development and talent management across the company. Earlier experience includes the role of Talent and Development Manager at Iberdrola from August 2014 to July 2016, where Jan Aitken designed and implemented global leadership and talent development programs.
