Jim Dawson is an experienced groundsman with over 28 years in the sports field management sector. Currently serving as the Head Groundsman for the Scottish Rugby Union since November 2010, Jim is dedicated to providing top-quality training and playing surfaces that cater to the development of rugby from grassroots to professional levels. Prior to this role, Jim was the Head Groundsman at Falkirk Football Club from August 1995 to November 2010, overseeing the grounds at both Brockville Estate and Stirling University training facilities during the club's tenure in Division 1 and the Premiership.
