Shannon Mokate has a diverse background in operations and sales management with over a decade of experience in the hospitality and construction industries. Currently serving in operations at Scott + Reid General Contractors, Inc. since September 2017, Shannon previously held various roles at Southfork Ranch, including Corporate Sales Manager and Event Coordinator, where responsibilities involved strategic planning for over 1,200 events annually. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Sales & Marketing at Morton's The Steakhouse, where Shannon enhanced support for the Sales and Marketing Manager, and roles at Outback Steakhouse as a Bartender, Server, and Trainer.
