Bryan Rue is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and compliance. Since May 2017, Bryan has served as Human Resources Manager at Scott Enterprises, overseeing HR processes and providing strategic guidance to the Executive Management Team. Previously, Bryan held positions at Thrasher, Inc. as Benefits & Compliance Manager and at Signature Performance, Inc. as Director of Human Resources, where leadership involved mentoring teams and managing employee relations. Prior to this, Bryan gained valuable experience as an HR Generalist, Recruiter, HR Coordinator, and Recruitment Coordinator across various organizations. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
