Matthew Scott has experience in business development, estimating projects, and serving on boards. Matthew currently works as Chief Estimator/Business Development at Scott Coatings LLC, where Matthew prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and connects with clients. Matthew has also served as a Project Estimator, formulating estimates and budgets. In addition, Matthew has board member experience at Easterseals Washington and Washington Policy Center. Prior to that, Matthew was a Master At Arms in the US Navy, where Matthew mentored and trained sailors in antiterrorism and force protection. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Washington University.
