Julie Walsh is a seasoned legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Since February 2007, Julie Walsh has held various key positions at Scotiabank, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Corporate Governance Officer, previously as Vice President of the Corporate Governance Office, and as Senior Legal Counsel. From 2002 to 2007, Julie Walsh was an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Academically, Julie Walsh earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University, and a BCL from the University of Oxford.
