Jennifer Frook is a seasoned leader in regulatory operations and crisis management, currently serving as Senior Vice President in Global Operations at Scotiabank since November 2004. In this role, Jennifer oversees the Global Regulatory Operations & Internal Controls and the Enterprise Crisis & Business Continuity teams. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Vice President for Enterprise Crisis Management, where strategic direction and compliance with regulations were key responsibilities. Jennifer also managed fraud-related initiatives as Vice President of Fraud Management, establishing the bank's global fraud prevention strategies. Earlier in Jennifer's career, roles included Director of the Fraud Management Office and Director of Audit at Navigant Consulting, as well as Associate Director and Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Western University.
