Colin Faulkner is a Senior Consultant at Scotford Fennessy, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, Colin was a Principal Recruiter at PC Legal Talent from January 2017 to February 2021, where they assisted admitted Lawyers to accelerate the achievement of their personal career motivators through a individualised, confidential consultation process. Spanning private practice and in-house, Colin successfully helped lawyers through to Equity Partner and Senior Legal Counsel levels in uplifting their careers.

Before joining PC Legal Talent, Colin was a Recruitment Consultant at ConstructJobs from January 2013 to December 2017, where they focused on technical recruitment for Open Pit Mining Engineers. Prior to this, Colin was a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Personnel Concept Group from October 2011 to February 2021, where they focused on technical recruitment for white collar roles within the residential construction niche.

Colin Faulkner attended Hollywood Senior High School and then went on to study microbiology/biochemistry at The University of Western Australia, where they earned their Bachelor of Science.

They work with Eloise Fudge - Consultant, Andrew Sanders - General Manager Operations, and Bianca Du Plooy - Senior Consultant. Colin Faulkner reports to Nick Fennessy, Managing Director.
