Susan Sillari has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. Susan started their career in 2007 as a Customer Success Sales Manager at Asset Foreclosure Services/Peak Foreclosure Services, where they streamlined solutions for clients and generated new accounts. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Client Success Account Executive at Orange Coast Title, focusing on establishing and strengthening client relationships in the real estate industry.
In 2018, Susan joined Paychex as a Customer Success Account Executive, where they improved customer success and retention by providing holistic solutions and establishing strong client relationships. Susan also conducted product and services demos for client prospects.
From 2021 to 2023, Susan worked at PatientPop Inc. as a Customer Success Account Executive, where they transformed customer success and retention by streamlining communication and digitizing the customer experience. Susan also successfully increased customer contracts and improved the patient experience.
Currently, Susan is serving as a VIP Account Manager at Scorpion, starting in 2023.
From 1999 to 2002, Susan Sillari pursued their education at California State University, Northridge, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
