Caroline Geist's work experience begins in 2010 at Salt Creek Grille, where they worked as a Hostess until 2013. In 2014, they transitioned to Okoboji Boat Works as a Sales Associate for a brief period. Additionally, in the same year, they started working as a Student Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln until 2015.

Caroline then joined Aramark Uniform Services as a Sales Operations Intern from March 2016 to July 2016. In the same year, they also began their tenure at Opendorse, where they held multiple roles. Caroline worked as an Athlete Strategy Intern from September 2016 to April 2019, served as the Office Manager from June 2017 to April 2019, and worked in an executive assistant role from January 2018 to April 2019.

In 2019, Caroline moved on to Sojern, where they worked as a Campaign Coordinator. Caroline'sresponsibilities included managing various ad operations tasks and implementing operational processes. Caroline remained in this role until April 2020 when they joined Scorpion as a Marketing Assistant.

Most recently, in November 2020, Caroline started working at Tecovas as a Sales Associate.

Caroline Geist attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Caroline'sarea of focus within their degree was marketing and leadership management.
