Brandon Williams started their work experience as a Recruiting Analyst at CollegeLevelAthletes in August 2012 and worked there until January 2014. Brandon then joined Admedia as a Content Writer from October 2011 to May 2014. In June 2014, Brandon joined Scorpion as a Content Developer, where they provided content for clients' blogs and social media platforms and utilized paid advertising for brand awareness. Brandon was promoted to Social Content Developer in August 2016 and later became a Content & Social Manager in December 2017. In October 2018, they were promoted again to the position of Senior Content & Social Manager. Currently, Brandon is serving as the Director Content & Social Manager at Scorpion, where they provide resources and support to the Content & Social team, manages content strategies and editorial calendars, and oversees social monitoring and reporting.

Brandon Williams completed their secondary education at John H. Francis Polytechnic High School between 2000 and 2004, where they obtained their High School Diploma. In September 2020, they also obtained certification in Ergonomics 101 from LinkedIn.
