John Griner is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently employed at Rustici Software since January 2018, Griner has successfully integrated Amazon’s MediaConvert service to optimize the hosting of high-resolution video files and implemented the LTI Deep Linking specification in key products. Prior to this role, Griner contributed at Northrop Grumman as a software engineer, focusing on both collaborative engineering and ballistic algorithm development, primarily using Java, Python, and Groovy in Agile environments. Griner's experience also includes software development for NASA/NOAA programs at Raytheon, IT support roles at UPMC and Thompson Machinery, and an internship at HCA that notably improved change management processes.
