Hicham Daher has a diverse work experience in data science and engineering. Hicham most recently worked at SCOR as the Head of Data Delivery & Engineering since November 2023. Prior to that, they were a Lead Data Platform at SCOR from January 2022 to November 2023. Hicham also served as a Lead Data Scientist at SCOR from January 2019 to November 2023, where they were responsible for managing a data science team and promoting AI and data science culture within the company. Before joining SCOR, Hicham worked at Accenture as a Data Scientist - Confirmed Consultant from June 2018 to January 2019, and as a Data Scientist - Junior Consultant from March 2017 to June 2018. Hicham also gained experience as a Data Scientist Trainee at University College Dublin (UCD) from April 2016 to September 2016, and at Amadeus IT Group from April 2015 to August 2015.

Hicham Daher earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mathematics and Computer Science from Centrale Nantes in the years 2013 to 2016.
