Olga Sharinska has been working in the software industry since 2005. Olga began their career at Softline as a QA Lead, Software Tester, Test Analyst, Test Designer and Software Tester. In 2012, they moved to Volia Software as a QA Lead and Test Designer. Since 2013, they have been working at Scopic Software as a Senior QA Engineer. Her responsibilities include full-cycle testing from planning to reporting and analysis of the results. Olga has worked on documentary and analytical solutions with complex logic for financial administrators, banking, trust companies, fund administrations, healthcare projects, a woodworking software, an identification app for employees, workers, and guests, dental shade matching applications, a radiology images management system, and 3D modeling software for dentistry and orthodontics.

Olga Sharinska obtained a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Software Engineering from The Technological College of Beer-Sheva, Israel in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from AGGIO Collage in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2001. In July 2022, they obtained an Introduction to Coding certification from SheCodes.
