Shannah Baichoo is an experienced executive with a diverse background in strategic enablement, business transformation, and operational management within various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager at Scope (Aust), previously known as Disability Services Australia, Shannah has held significant leadership roles at KPMG Australia as Associate Director, and at 3Bridges Community as Executive General Manager for Shared Services, overseeing multiple operational functions. Shannah's expertise includes strategy development, customer journey optimization, and process improvement, with prior positions at RSL NSW, Royal Rehab, Northcott, St Vincent's Hospital, and consulting roles at The Leading Edge and TNS NFO. Shannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of West London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM.
