Reece Adams has a diverse work experience in the field of occupational therapy and disability services. They currently hold the position of Senior Clinical Lead- Therapy at Scope (Aust) since April 2023. Prior to this, Reece worked at Hearth Support Services as the Occupational Therapy Manager & Allied Health Research and Innovation Lead from September 2022 to April 2023. In this role, Reece focused on providing high-quality services to people with disabilities and their supports, while also contributing to research and best practice in the field.
Reece has also worked at Monash Health as the Head of Centre for Developmental Disability Health from September 2019 to September 2022, and as the Deputy Director and Lead Researcher at CDDHV from July 2016 to September 2019. They have also gained experience as an Occupational Therapist at Alfred Health, Scope Victoria, Inner East Community Health Service, Jewish Care Victoria, and Vision Australia. Overall, Reece's work experience spans over 18 years in the disability sector and includes roles focused on therapy, research, management, and leadership.
Reece Adams completed their Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University. They also completed their VCE at Haileybury College and attended Peninsula Grammer from 1991 to 1995.
