Erin H. has extensive work experience in workforce planning, people analytics, and human resources. Erin is currently the Head of Workforce Planning and People Analytics at Scope (Aust), a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, Erin worked at PwC Australia, where they served as a Director from July 2022 to August 2023, and as a Senior Manager from November 2018 to July 2022. Erin H. earned a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, completing the program from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from UNSW, however, the exact duration of this program is not provided. Erin also holds a certification as a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., which was obtained in February 2018.
