Raj Subramanian has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT field. Raj began their career in 1996 as a Senior Software Engineer and Development Team Lead at Nationwide Insurance. In 2002, they moved to the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services as an IT Change Control Manager and Technology Consultant. Raj then joined the Ohio Office of Budget & Management in 2008 as Chief of Business Process & IT Audit, where they directed agency level, multi-agency, and enterprise wide audits of IT systems and processes. In 2011, Raj became the Chief Information Officer of the Ohio Office of Budget and Management. In 2013, they co-founded and became the Principal of Samraj Business Solutions. In 2015, they joined Bank of America as a Senior Vice President and also became a Founding Partner of Scope IT Consulting. Raj has also been a Senior Faculty at the Keller Graduate School of Management since 2002 and a Faculty at the University of Phoenix since 2009.
Raj Subramanian has a diverse educational background. Raj obtained a B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation from Annamalai University between 1990 and 1994. Raj then went on to receive an M.S. in Computer Science from Wright State University between 1994 and 1997. After this, they earned an M.P.M. in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2004 and 2006. Finally, they obtained an M.B.A. in International Business from the same institution between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, Raj Subramanian has obtained a number of certifications, including Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM 1) from SCRUM.蹤獲觴豐 in 2013, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) in 2009, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certification in 2006, Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform in 2001, and Appian Level 2 from Appian Corporation in 2020.
