Kelly Munn currently serves as a Service Broker at Scoop Insurance Brokers since April 2023. Previously, Kelly held the position of Office Support Assistant at Niagara Recycling from February 2022 to April 2023 and served as a Trainer at Tim Hortons for six years between May 2014 and April 2020. Additionally, Kelly was the Assistant Client Service Lead at H&R Block for a brief period in early 2017. Early career experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at both NuComm International and Stream Global Services from 1999 to 2006. Kelly holds multiple diplomas from the Toronto School of Business, including Network and System Administration, Computer Business Applications, and Business Administration, as well as an OSSD from C.D.C.I East.
