Alexander Wolf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Scompler since June 2021, Alexander has previously held significant roles, including Abteilungsdirektor Digital Transformation at Commerzbank AG from 2009 to June 2021, where the focus was on integrating digital channels and driving digital change. As the owner of Alexander Wolf IT-Consulting from January 2009 to December 2018, Alexander provided solutions related to internet tools, web TV, and social media. Earlier career positions include IT-Koordinator at Dresdner Bank AG and Geschäftsführer at info design GmbH, where management of system solutions was a primary responsibility. Alexander is also a qualified Social Media Manager, having completed education at Social Media Akademie in 2011, and holds a degree from the University of Koblenz and Landau from 1991 to 1995.
