Kristle Grimm, LMSW, SIFI has extensive experience working in the field of social work. Kristle started their career in 2016 as an Intensive Case Manager at SCO Family of Services, where they provided comprehensive case management services to clients. In 2019, they were promoted to Foster Care Supervisor, where they were responsible for supervising and training social workers and interns, ensuring timely completion of required documentation, and collaborating with other agencies. In 2022, they were promoted to Foster Care Case Planning & Sociotherapist Program Director, where they oversee the overall program and ensures its compliance with mandates.

In addition to their work at SCO Family of Services, Kristle also worked at Fostering Change for Children as an Engagement & Support Specialist starting in 2020. In this role, they provided specialized support and resources to children and families involved in the foster care system.

In addition to their educational degrees, Kristle Grimm has also obtained additional certifications. Kristle completed a Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) at Stony Brook University in 2021 and became a Licensed Master Social Worker through the NASW in 2019.
