Amber Jenkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in youth development and program management. Currently serving as a Performance Quality Improvement Specialist Incident Manager for Residential Youth Justice Services at SCO Family of Services since August 2021, Amber previously held various leadership roles at New York Junior Tennis & Learning from February 2012 to March 2021, including Program Director and Assistant Program Director. Amber's expertise includes overseeing program execution, providing psycho-social support, instructional coaching, and developing engaging lesson plans. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Queens College and an Associate Degree in Education from LaGuardia Community College.
