Ainsworth Cotterell currently serves as the Manager of IT Service Delivery at SCO Family of Services, a position held since March 2022, after previously leading IT Service Delivery within the same organization. Ainsworth gained valuable experience at GAVS Technologies from September 2019 to March 2022 as a Desktop Engineer and has an extensive background at SCO Family of Services from December 2014 to September 2019 as a Technical Support Specialist and Field Technician. Ainsworth holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Technology: Telecommunication from LaGuardia Community College, completed in January 2012.
