Liubo Xu possesses extensive experience in case management and specialized services within the health and social services sector. Currently serving as Chief of Case Management at South Central Los Angeles Regional Center since February 2019, Liubo Xu has also held various roles including Program Manager for the Specialized Services Unit, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Developmental Center Liaison at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at California Institute of Health & Social Services as Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Assistant, and Family Home Specialist, as well as Program Manager at KF COMMUNITY CARE LLC. Other roles include Substance Abuse Counselor at ASIAN AMERICAN DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM, INC., Special Need Tutor at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring, and Mental Health Counselor at Guangzhou Psychiatric Hospital. Liubo Xu holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology and a Certificate in Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counseling from UCLA, along with a Master of Science in Leadership Management and Technology from the University of West Los Angeles.
