Kathy Dickman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as VP of Human Capital at Scitor Corporation since December 1996, where previous roles included Director and Manager of Human Resources. Prior to Scitor, Kathy Dickman worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hughes Aircraft Company from March 1993 to December 1996, following a diverse tenure at Hughes Aircraft Co. from May 1978 to March 1993, encompassing various roles within the Radar Systems Group, Electrical Optical Data Systems Group, and Space and Communications Group. Kathy Dickman holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology, both from Loyola Marymount University.
