Kapil Sood is the VP of Business Development at SCIT Labs. Kapil has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, starting their career as a Software Specialist at Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1986, they joined Metamor Technologies as Managing Principal and grew the firm from 2 staff to 400+ before it was sold. From 1999 to 2000, they were the Sr Vice President at Xpedior where they were responsible for building offices in the Asia Pacific region and acquiring a firm in Hong Kong. Prior to joining SCIT Labs, they were with Radicle, Inc.

Kapil Sood has an MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B. Tech. in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

They work with and Anantha Bangalore - Chief Architect. Kapil Sood reports to Arun Sood, Founder & CEO.
