Richard Taylor is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in the industry. Currently serving as a CIT Senior Support Engineer at Scisys since August 1998, Richard has a solid background in technical support and network management. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of IT Technical Support Manager at IMPTEC Business IT Solutions Ltd, where responsibilities included supporting Windows NT and Novell networks. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Assistant at Wigan Borough Partnership, focusing on support for small to medium enterprises. Richard's educational background includes a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Stockport College of Technology and various IT diplomas from Macclesfield College and Stockport College.
