Keith Clutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace engineering, risk analysis, and military operations. As the President of SciRisq since 1998, Clutter has been instrumental in developing software for risk and consequence analysis related to industrial accidents and terrorist attacks. Previous roles include a Consultant at Integrated Solutions for Systems, an Individual Mobility Augmentee to the Deputy Director at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, and various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, where Clutter was involved in combat engineering, explosive ordnance disposal, and security operations. Clutter also served as an Associate Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio, focusing on thermal-fluid sciences and engineering education. Clutter holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida and has degrees from Mississippi State University.
