Andrej Kutarna started their work experience in 2008 as a Pastoral Assistant at Arcibiskupství pražské. From 2009 to 2017, they worked as a Department Assistant at Charles University and as an Assistant Manager at Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice v Praze. In 2016, they became the Managing Director at Hesperion. In 2017, they worked as a Book Designer before joining Scio as a Business Director in the same year.

Andrej Kutarna's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at Charles University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theology in 2007. Andrej then pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Theology at Charles University from 2008 to 2011. Later, from 2018 to 2023, Andrej Kutarna attended the University of South Bohemia, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Theology/Theological Studies.
