Shardai White has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Shardai started their career in 2014 as a Java/SharePoint 2013 Developer at UST Global, where they worked on the OneHENRY Intranet project for Henry Ford Health System. Shardai utilized Java technologies such as Java Beans, Servlets, and Struts 2 to design and implement high-volume, low-latency applications.
In 2015, Shardai joined Henry Ford Health System as an IT Business Analyst. Shardai served as a Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint, migrating policies from Site Maker to SharePoint 2013 and integrating ServiceNow with OneHENRY Intranet. Shardai provided support, trained users, and tracked incidents and issues using ServiceNow.
Following their tenure at Henry Ford Health System, Shardai worked at RMC as a Technical Business Analyst in 2020. Shardai performed HEDIS measure testing for Meridian and managed incidents and issues using ServiceNow.
In 2021, Shardai joined Detroit Manufacturing Systems (DMS) as a Senior Technical Business Analyst. Shardai played a significant role in various projects, including designing wireframes and managing the project lifecycle for the Middleware of a Warehouse Management System. Shardai facilitated meetings using Agile methodologies and collaborated with vendors for successful implementation. Shardai also created test case scenarios, designed HR Payroll adjustment forms, and trained employees in MS Excel. Additionally, they documented, tracked, and managed issues and risks.
Currently, Shardai is employed at SCIGON as a Technical Delivery Manager starting in 2022.
Shardai White attended Henry Ford College, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering from an unknown start year until 2020. Prior to that, they enrolled at Metro Technical Institute from 2003 to 2005, pursuing Business Analyst Training. In addition to their educational background, Shardai obtained certification in ITIL Foundation from EXIN in September 2015.
