Aline Klein is an experienced project manager currently serving as Chef de projets - Responsable d'affaires at Sciforma Corporation since March 2011. Aline specializes in project portfolio governance and management, providing consulting on client process management and methodology. Aline has demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project stakeholders, and implementing project management solutions, utilizing both Agile and V-cycle methodologies. Prior to Sciforma Corporation, Aline worked as a project consultant at Artemis International France, focusing on the implementation of software solutions for project tracking and portfolio management, and started their career as a junior recruitment consultant at Cabinet Schreiber. Aline holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on IT project management from Polytechnique Montréal and a Master's degree in Business Management and Economics from Université de Metz - ISFATES.
